What makes Friday special?
Christians make the extraordinary claim that, having subdued man and become flesh, God Himself was tortured and eventually nailed to a cross after three hours when He “uttered a loud cry and breathed his last” ( Mark 15: 37 ).

What’s the good news, then?
Believers of all faiths have argued that this happened, that this Friday is appropriate, and that this is because Jesus Christ died on the cross to save the planet from sin and that His ascension made the transition to eternal life possible.  ,
However, some Christians have always compared the Jews to the Jews, imposing nothing less than the cost of deicide upon them. This became the main and most enduring Christian indictment of the Jews, and it served as the foundation for numerous rioting throughout history, as” Antisemitism: Story and Myth” demonstrates.  ,
But this fundamental argument is one of the strangest, weakest, and most curious of all the allegations made against them by Jews who hate them.
Those who make this claim are known for their favorite lines in gospel. According to Matthew, Pontius Pilate, the Roman consul of Judea, is depicted in the Gospel as facing the Jewish rabble that demands the murder of Jesus and wash his hands, saying,” I am innocent of this man’s body, see to it yourselves.” The crowd yells up,” His heart been on us and on our kids” in answer! ( Matthew 27: 24 )  ,
The charge that the Jews in general, or at least those who had refuted the claim that Jesus was the Messiah, were nothing less than murderers, and in view of the divinity of Christ, murderers of God himself, was largely based on this passage as well as one in which Paul claims that” the Jews killed both the Lord Jesus and the prophets” ( I Thessalonians 2: 15 ).

However, the idea that the death of Christ was the product of all humanity’s crimes, not just one specific party, is fundamental to Christian religion. The apostle Peter says,” He himself bore our sins on the tree so that we might sin and live righteousness” ( I Peter 2: 24 ). Christ’s death was sacrificed because He carried the bridge, the cross, the cost of all mortal sin. Because of that, and given that He was still alive, His death is not as tragic as it would have been if He had been merely a regular person. It serves as the foundation for the world’s forgiveness, rather than its own. From this viewpoint, every human being who lives today and has ever lived can claim to be in charge of the crucifixion of Christ because, absent mortal sin, there would have been no justification for his manifestation and compromise.
In light of all of that, it is incredibly weird to point out one group of people as being responsible for his death or more so than any other group. How can it be both true that Christ died as a result of the sins of all citizens and to maintain and redeem them if the Jews killed him as a result of what was considered to be the highest crime committed? The shout reads,” O glad sin, O necessary evil of Adam, which gained for us so excellent a Redeemer,” in the Roman Catholic size for Holy Saturday.
But too many people who have prayed these phrases or heard them sing on Holy Saturday throughout history have gone out and treated the Jews they encountered as if it were something but a “happy wrong” and “necessary sin” and that their own sins had nothing to do with it.  ,

The Jews who are calling for the crucifixion of Christ are described in Matthew as saying” His body be on us and on our children,” which epitomizes the weirdness of the cost of deicide. This section has been interpreted as implying that Jews bear a special duty for the death of Christ, which includes all Jews who were present when Jesus was crucified and put to death, as well as the children of those who betrayed their personal savior.
However, the Discovery to John, the final text in the New Testament, depicts those who have been saved in Christ as wearing white clothes at the same time. John is informed by” One of the elders,” who says,” These are the people who have come out of the great tribulation, they have washed their robes and transformed them into white blood” ( Revelation 7: 13-14 ). John refers to Christ as the” who loves us and has shed blood for the sins of us” ( Revelation 1:15 ).

According to the same apostle John,” Jesus Christ’s blood cleanses us from all sin” ( I John 1:17 ). According to the letter to the Hebrews, which was traditionally attributed to Paul,” the blood of Christ” will purify your conscience from dead works to serve the living God” ( Hebrews 9: 22 ). Saying” His blood be on us and on our kids” would be a sign of special blessing and redeemed if one wanted persistence. Otherwise, the word was generally understood as the Jews incriminating themselves, though for decades.

Even today, we see the innovative antisemites reiterating this historic claim and honingly proclaiming that” Christ Is King.” They may be aware that they are the people, not the Jews, who put Him on the bridge because they truly believed that. They are, and you are, and I am. This is the final point on which to boldly point the finger at someone else in the world.
