As police rushed to the Metcalfs ‘ house acting on a false shooting report, a sick game targeted the home of Austin Metcalf, who was reportedly killed by Karmelo Anthony at a track meet earlier this month. Following an incident that Anthony’s home held, this occurred hours after Metcalf’s papa was exonerated at a press conference to clear up some misunderstandings after their son, who had been released on bond, was released. The two people reside in the same neighborhood, but they did not know one another or the youth. Armelo claimed that Austin Metcalf attacked him because he put his hands on him initially.
The families have been directly attacking one another since the horror, which got worse after Anthony was released on bond. Anthony is not supposed to speak with the Metcalf home, and the jury decided to make it a point to have the Metcalf home remove his parents from their press event.
According to WFAA, police in Frisco, Texas, described the incident as” swatting,” a prank in which someone reports a fake crime to get police to swarm the victims ‘ homes.
Anthony’s family, Kala Hayes, stated at the press conference that her home is being attacked. She cried up,” Whatever you think happened between Karmelo and the Metcalf guys, my three younger kids, my husband and I didn’t do something that should have been threatened, harassed, and lied about,” she said, holding back tears.
The Anthonys are dark, so the stabbing has a cultural component. Through funds for Anthony’s legitimate bank, they were able to lift a sizable sum of money. However, it turns out that they did not use that money to relocate to a new home and purchase a new vehicle instead.
” My family moved to North Texas three years ago, looking for a better life,” she said. We wanted to give our children the potential they did not have, as many other people do. Every morning, my husband makes an effort to provide for us in the best possible financial status. As a stay-at-home mother, my life’s purpose is to make sure our kids are supported, loved, and nurtured throughout. Our community has been under attack in the midst of this tragic event.
She said,” The lies and false accusations that have been made about us, particularly over the past year, have been overwhelming.” ” The lies and their replication put my family, the people in our community, the police, the lawyers, and the courtroom personnel in threat,” the statement reads.
