US President Donald Trump criticised the American criminal program on Monday, accusing authorities —including the Supreme Court—of obstructing his efforts to deport illegal immigrants, including what he described as “violent criminals and terrorists. ”
In a Truth Social article, Trump said, “I’m doing what I was elected to do, reduce thieves from our Country, but the Courts don’t seem to want me to do that. ” He said that while his team was doing an “incredible job, ” they were being “stymied at every turn. ”
Trump especially targeted the Supreme Court, stating it appeared reluctant to allow persecution to continue. “They apparently don’t want me to take violent criminals and terrorists again to Venezuela, or any other Country, for that matter — People that came here fraudulently! ” he wrote. He accused the authorities of being “intimidated by the Radical Left who are, ‘playing the Id. ’ ”
Praising Justice Samuel Alito, Trump added, “Great Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito properly wants to break the pause on persecution. He is best on this! ”
Arguing that the judicial procedure for mass persecution was impossible, Trump claimed the land would involve “hundreds of thousands of tests” and that it would take “200 years ” to give each illegal immigrant a test. “Such a thing is certainly possible to accomplish. What a ridiculous position we are in, ” he wrote.
