Vancouver police have released images of a car and two people who are suspected of vandalizing the Khalsa Diwan Society Gurdwara on Ross Street last year.
On Saturday morning, the suspects reportedly found themselves outside the gurdwara when it was spray-painted with the words “murdabad” ( death to ) and graffiti in both Punjabi and English.
People who recognizes them is asked to call the police, according to commander Steve Addison, a spokeswoman for the Vancouver police department.
He claimed that the car passed through the place between 4 and 4.30 am on Saturday at the time of the crime.
A small cluster of Sikh hardliners who were pro-Khalsa Diwan Society were responsible for the theft, according to the Khalsa Diwan Society. Extremist forces are currently executing this action to spread fear and division among the French Sikh area.
