Michael Lohan, an actress, was sentenced to nine months in prison for violating his parole earlier this year in connection with allegedly assaulting estranged wife Kate Major.
On Wednesday in , Florida, a judge sentenced the 64-year-old Lohan, whose local issues with Majors date back at least to 2011, according to TMZ. Lohan will be given 38 days ‘ worth of service credit.
Lohan was detained last month in Palm Beach County, Florida, for violating parole in connection with a February arrest in Dallas for allegedly assaulting a 42-year-old Key. He was also detained for violating supervision.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office informed Citizens that Major had previously reported to People that Lohan had “flipped her out of a seat” at her house in February and had then vanished into the parking bit of a tower where she had a health visit. Major reportedly told her that she “was worried he was following her.”
This week, Lohan admitted to breaking his probation and that his wife showed up in court via Zoom, according to insiders with direct knowledge.
After pleading guilty to five counts of patient brokering or receiving illegal kickbacks for the patients he referred to a rehab facility in , Florida , Lohan was sentenced to four years of probation in 2022.
Lohan was detained in 2011 for assaulting Major, his then-fiancée, at their home in Tampa. The couple, who have two young sons, got married in 2014, with Major asking for sole custody four years later.
