After learning that Virginia Giuffre, the woman who accused Prince Andrew of having intercourse with her when she was 17 when she was 17 years old, died by suicide in Australia, Prince Andrew’s former partner Lady Victoria Hervey was unable to prevent herself from posting a message. When she shared her death news article and added his reply, she wrote,” When lies capture up to you there’s no way out,” leaving no room for doubt that Guiffre’s words were intended.
She later changed her mind and posted a second time, saying she would wait her posts on the subject because it was horrible.
I’ve made the decision to halt my Virginia Giuffre messages right now. Suicide in any way is horrible, regardless of the circumstances, and even more so in a young family who has children,” she wrote without deleting the second article.
Hervey and Prince Andrew dimly dated in 1999 following their 1996 divorce from his ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York. She has since become one of Andrew’s most vocal supporters in relation to the accusations made against him by Giuffre. Hervey claims that a photo of Giuffre with Prince Andrew was faked and posted an AI-generated prototype of Giuffre wearing a shirt read “fantasist.” In a narrative thread on Instagram, Hervey describes what she calls “VG lies” as a whole. Andrew also refuted claims that Giuffre and Andrew had sex in the picture were fraudulent.
Giuffre received a payment from Andrew in 2022, despite the fact that he continued to deny having any ties to Giuffre. Prince Andrew had to give up his imperial role as a result of this enormous incident.
Giuffre was born in California, but her household moved to Palm Beach County, Florida, where she began working as a spa attendant before being hired by Ghislaine Maxwell for Epstein on the titbit that she claimed would work as the billionaire financier’s massage. Giuffre alleges that she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew and other prominent partners of Epstein.
