After a picture of him demonstrating his support for the Muslim flag in front of a Muslim symbol and calling on Pakistanis to “take control in governments, parliament, political parties, and nations” so that they can “dictate what’s taught in schools,” it has been met with fierce censure.
In the going-viral film, Sarwar reiterated the need for political and educational influence in urging South Asians to do the same. However, what most viewers noticed right away was the obvious disregard for any mention of Britain, Scotland, or the general American people.
Sarwar was immediately charged by netizens with opposing inclusion and advocating nationalism. Some people reacted,” Multiculturalism has failed,” blaming Sarwar’s information as a turning point in the direction of segregation.
One user of X ( previously Twitter ) wrote,” The old Pakistan is going to be destroyed. However, in response to Sarwar’s appeal,” a fresh Pakistan will rise in the United Kingdom.”
Another person cited the statement” Scottish Labour’s Anas Sarwar speaks of putting more Pakistanis in energy.” Take note that he doesn’t notice Brits because they don’t recognize as Scots. The Great Replacement is no longer being concealed by them.
Some urged everyone to remember that” the times when South Asian communities get to guide countries are upon us,” noting that South Asia is made up of Pakistan and Afghanistan as well.
When it came to Sarwar’s community relationships, the conflict intensified.
Days prior, films of his parents, allegedly a previous Labour MP who is now a politician in Pakistan, were trending on social media. Mohammad Sarwar apparently calls for strict rules to defend Islam in one video.
One writer responded, citing a picture in which Mohammad Sarwar threatened that” a time will come when there will be a legislation in place all over the world that there can be no disregard to our apostle.”” Mad things given the politics Anas promotes.
Another commentator claimed that Mohammad Sarwar, a Labour MP from 1997 to 2010, came “awfully near to implying Muslims had violently listen to contempt of Muhammad.” Other sources claimed that Mohammad Sarwar was spotted in Glasgow’s George Square, giving burning remarks about burning Qurans and enforcing restrictions on criticism of Islam.
There hasn’t been any common response from Anas Sarwar as the reaction grows.
