Being a Democratic legislator, especially one from California, can be challenging.
A Democrat elected official has to look at the world around them every day and ask themselves the question,” What is the stupidest conceivable thing a person could do to harm themselves or society as a whole, and how can my party make it easier or also incentivize them to do it?”, whether they’re in the mood or not. In other words, in way that we haven’t already done a thousand times.

That can’t be simple, especially in California, where they have struggled for so much to become a household name.
The work these people put in day in and day out is similar to Olympic education.  ,
California Democratic state senator Lola Smallwood-Cuevas, who lately surveyed the dust of her Los Angeles County area and declared,” I know exactly how to make this dust jump,” is at the stage left.
SB560, or at least the Legalized Welfare Fraud Bill, was only introduced by Smallwood-Cuevas. SB560 “would decriminalize welfare fraud below an amount of$ 25, 000,” according to L.A.-based Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin.
What’s stealing a meager$ 24, 999 from companions? Sincerely, people may experience it, and SB560 is likely to be passed.  ,
Nearly anyone could have invented the five-figure welfare fraud if I’m being totally honest. Smallwood-Cuevas is a particularly artistic and talented Democrat, but she didn’t put her finger on that. In accordance with SB560, it would be unlawful to sue anyone for fraud if they unintentionally were accused of happiness fraud and then lied to the prosecution about it.

” Sad you didn’t get away with your security scam this time, Bucko, but that was a really good history you made up and better success the next time,” isn’t how DAs in the rest of the country view these things, but this is California we’re talking about.
SB560 basically creates one of those” Dune” personal force fields to shield welfare cheats from pretty much anything, aside from slow-moving knives and laser blasts. I don’t think that happiness spies like stabbing or laser-blazing are acceptable. No but, at least not yet.
Assemblyman Nick Schultz and his fellow Democrats on the Public Safety Committee this week opposed” a plan that may make it a felony to obtain 16 and 17-year-old babies for sex” in a move that was not to be outdone.
You must consider,” Why?” Why do Democrats actively support happiness cheaters, even those who might be? Why do they oppose a law making it illegal to customers a 16-year-old girl for sex?
I now informed you. They may find it if there is a way to allow or encourage negative behavior. And if they have enough control over a government, they will pass it and give themselves extra points for being ridiculous or just plain bad.

Finding inventive innovative ways to make items worse can’t always be simple, but they never find new eyes like Lola Smallwood-Cuevas or Nick Schultz to flame those paths to cultural death.
They are the political class’s hardest-working members.
What a pity, correct?
