I’m not the only one who is aware that Lofi Girl, whose “real” name is Jade, has more than 12.5 million YouTube subscribers, and that Dimitri Somoguy, a French music producer, is also a member. According to Grok, Lofi was purposefully recorded in a way that evoked old, cheap record players. Similar to Lofi Girl’s music on her channel, it is marketed as music suitable for chilling out or studying.
