Former US President Joe Biden has asserted that he is partly to blame for Donald Trump’s 2024 victory in the presidential election while standing and that he was behind the vote, blaming Republican obstruction and a lack of messaging for voting dissatisfaction. When asked if he was culpable for the Democrats ‘ defeat, Biden responded,” Yes, I do,” in an interview with” The View.” Because of course, I was in command and he won, but I assume all responsibility. He even asserted that he could have defeated Trump if he had stayed in the race, as he has previously claimed. Biden continued, saying that Kamala Harris ‘ opponents “went the sexist route,” and that the Covid-19 pandemic had a “phenomenal bad effect.” He added that he was not surprised that the former vice president lost.

He continued, saying Harris was” first level” and that she had to make a “difficult selection” regarding her political future. After receiving much criticism for his performance in the debate against Trump, which raised new questions about his age, he said,” I hope she stays fully engaged.” However, he added,” We have a lot of really good candidates as well.” He acknowledged that the discussion was a “bad, poor day,” but he refuted claims that it was a reflection of a deeper cognitive decline. There is nothing to back up that, he said, adding that he “did a very damned good job the next six times” in business. Dr. Jill Biden even appeared in the discussion and vehemently refuted her father’s abilities. He would get up, work a full day, and then go to sleep while team members were still on the phone, reading his meetings, and working. She said,” I mean, it was nonstop.” He rebuffed claims that he had pressured Harris to keep her from a public view of his presidency. According to CBS News, he “did not recommend her,” saying there were no differences between their procedures and that her statements had been misinterpreted. Biden responded,” I beat him,” referencing his 2020 triumph, when asked why Trump kept mentioning him. Trump’s defense of clemency signed with an autopen, including for household people, was blunt in his response,” Oh, he’s unoccupied.” The former leader is working on a new text and looking at how best to stay involved, while Jill Biden is now in charge of a women’s wellness program. He said,” I’m trying to figure out what’s the most significant and consequential role I can play.”
