President Donald Trump made the announcement on Sunday that he would be directing the Bureau of Prisons to collaborate with various federal agencies to recover and resume a larger variation of the Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary in San Francisco, California, which would house the “most brutal and aggressive” offenders in the country.
Trump wrote,” Repair, AND OPEN ALCATRAZ!” in a Sunday speech on Truth Social. America has suffered from vicious, violent, and repeat criminal offenders, known as the dregs of society, for very long. They previously contribute anything but misery and suffering.
Trump claimed that because the United States was a “more significant Nation,” it “did not dare to switch up the most dangerous criminals” and stop them from harming someone.
Trump continued,” That’s the way it’s supposed to be.” ” No more will we bear these prolific offenders who have harmed our streets by spreading muddle, bloodshed, and mayhem.”
The Bureau of Jails, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Justice, and the Department of Homeland Security were instructed by the 47th president to “reopen a significantly expanded and rebuilt ALCATRAZ,” which will be used to “house America’s most brutal and harsh Criminals.”
Trump declared,” We will no longer be held hostage to offenders, criminals, and judges who are reluctant to carry out their duties and permit us to reduce criminals who entered our country illegally.” The reopening of ALCATRAZ will be a representation of justice, laws, and order. We may “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN”!
Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary, which is known as Alcatraz Island, opened in 1934 on a 22-acre rock beach. Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary closed in 1963 after only 29 years of operation because the area facility’s activities required much more tools than those constructed on the continent of the United States.
While the jail was in operation, it was reportedly considered nearly impossible to leave Alcatraz Island, which is located about 1.25 miles from the coast of California. The notorious federal prison’s 14 attempted escapes are also documented, according to the store.
Alcatraz Island is now a tourist destination in San Francisco that the National Park Service manages, according to Fox News.
