The Qatari royal family has offered US president Donald Trump a$ 400 million Boeing 747-8 aircraft, one of the most extravagant airplane ever to be associated with the US presidency. The leader is referring to the move as a temporary alternative for the aging Air Force One while Boeing struggles to give its long-awaited improve, which was confirmed by Trump on Truth Social and during remarks made at the White House.

    A skyscraper’s house

The Qatar Amiri Flight division’s aircraft previously operated by the country’s ruling elite is more expensive than military transportation. The plane, which was designed by famous European interior designer Alberto Pinto, includes a master suite, a guest bedroom, two entire bathrooms with showers, nine more lavatories, five kitchens, a personal office, and five independent lounge areas spread across two broad decks, according to the Daily Mail. Additionally included are life TV, internet access, 13 Blu-ray people, over 40 screens, and comfortable interior with gold-accented furnishings. In contrast to a typical 747 that can hold up to 467 passengers, the structure prioritizes comfort for 90 travellers.

$ 400 million luxury jet: The Boeing 747-8, which was previously owned by Qatar’s royal family, is a fully custom luxury aircraft estimated to be worth about$ 400 million.

    • The aircraft has five cafes, a private office, a master bedroom, a visitor suite, two full bathrooms, and five kitchens, all created by French company Alberto Pinto.
    • This aircraft has only 90 VIPs and 14 crew members, and business-class seating is limited to a few rows, compared to commercial 747s, which carry over 460 passengers.
    • Advanced technology attributes: The jet will be equipped with high-quality defense and communication devices, plus more than 40 displays, live TV, Blu-ray players, internet access, and more than 40 screens.

According to the report, AMAC Aerospace, a Swiss-based expert in aviation interiors, spent two years renovating the plane before calling it a “flying castle.” Despite being more than ten years old, the jet is still one of the world’s most expensive secret jet. With a range of 7, 730 miles, it will be the longest airplane ever to offer as Air Force One, stretching 250 feet, surpassing the recent political aviation by roughly 1, 000 coastal miles.

    Qatar’s “gift” raises eyebrows.

Qatari officials have described the arrangement in a different way while Trump insists that the aircraft is being donated to be an interim Air Force One. The aircraft is only being considered for “temporary use,” according to a spokesperson for Qatar’s Ministry of Defense, downplaying the concept of a direct gift. However, there has already been a political backlash from the issue. The US Constitution’s emoluments clause, which prohibits federal officials from accepting gifts from foreign governments without the consent of Congress, may be violated by critics who claim that accepting a jet from a foreign government, especially one with which Trump had significant diplomatic ties during his presidency. Democrats quickly blasted the action, with one senior official calling it “nuclear-grade graft.” Security experts also expressed concern that even with extensive retrofitting, the president’s primary command post could be made up of a foreign-built and previously operated jet.

Trump’s defense:” I’m not stupid. I’m not stupid.”

Trump rebuffed reporters ‘ requests. It’s a fantastic gesture, he said. That kind of an offer would never be turned down by me. I mean, I could be a moron and say,” No, we don’t want a free, very expensive airplane.” He refrained from suggesting that the plane might be used for personal use, suggesting instead that it might eventually be donated to his presidential library, much like Ronald Reagan’s Air Force One exhibit.
