Do you recall the FBI’s arrest of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan after she allegedly snuck a local abuse suspect out of her own court while helping him avoid arrest? Democrats resented because a” sitting determine” was detained and accused of obstructing the government. No one is above the law was chanting” no one is above the rules” when a person was detained, according to the same Democrats who were shocked.  ,

On Tuesday, a federal grand jury indicted her.
As a search on the prosecution’s authority, a grand jury continues to look at charges brought by complaint to ascertain whether there is much possible cause to carry on the case. A written statement of the expenses known as an accusation is issued if the grand jury finds there to be probable cause. That’s what transpired in Dugan’s situation.
If Dugan is found guilty of both works, she could spend up to six years behind bars. Her group of defense lawyers responded to the accusation with a one-sentence speech, saying that she maintains her ignorance and looks forward to being proven guilty in court. On Thursday, she was scheduled to make a petition.
On Tuesday night, the U.S. attorney’s office in Milwaukee, a director, Kenneth Gales, declined to comment on the prosecution.
Similar to the one brought by the first Trump presidency against a Massachusetts prosecutor, who was accused of assisting a man evade a waiting immigration police agent when he walked out of a court back entrance. That circumstance was ultimately dismissed.
Dugan’s situation is unlikely to get dismissed. By attempting to help an illegal immigrant escape arrest, she knowingly obstructed a constitutional ICE activity. After learning that federal agencies were detained Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, a recently deported Mexican nationwide who was facing domestic abuse charges, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, allegedly fled the chair, retreated to her halls, and afterwards confronted the agents with hostility, the prosecution claims. She therefore completely avoided law enforcement by leading Flores-Ruiz and his attorney out a back judge door. Her actions were deliberate attempts to protect a fugitive from provincial authorities in plain defiance of the law, not a miscommunication or a lapse in judgment.

Dugan is personally familiar with Trump’s FAFO plan, and she is not the only one.  ,
Take for instance New York Attorney General Letitia James. She campaigned on the promise to “get Trump,” turning the constitutional system into a political tool. A wildly exaggerated$ 454 million view was issued in her legal fraud case against him. Show me the gentleman, I’ll show you the murder, was a classic example of this.

James was the subject of an investigation launched by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Albany last year over allegations of mortgage fraud, particularly that she claimed to have lied about her principal residence and claimed to have been married to her father in exchange for better loan term. So much for the self-righteous activist who consistently proves that” no one is above the law” whenever necessary.
Even last week, Reps. Ras Baraka, the mayor of Newark, and some Democrat lawmakers. A rumored “oversight check-out” was conducted at an ICE detention center by Robert Menendez Jr., Bonnie Watson Coleman, and LaMonica McIver. In fact, they rushed the doorway as it opened for an ICE vehicle, causing disruption and interference with soldiers. After bodycam images revealed that the three members of Congress assaulted ICE officials, Mayor Baraka ended up in handcuffs.

This is the new standard for the left: weaken the rules when necessary, and then use discrimination when necessary.  ,
