A Texas boy’s retaliation for a taco he had accidentally thrown put many people in danger, according to police, leading to his arrest on a felony charge.

The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office stated in a media release from May 12 that the taco road rage incident occurred on May 9 close to a Buck Branch in Spring.

A 59-year-old father who had two of his children, years 1 and 17, with him, was allegedly thrown a taco at the car, according to researchers.

The shooter reportedly exchanged words with the uncle and followed him around the park lot, according to the Constable’s Office.

However, it turns out that it was a step too far to pelt the grandfather’s walk with a burrito. He rammed into the other man’s car,” causing significant damage,” according to authorities, despite his grandchildren being with him.

He was detained on a misdemeanor charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and later booked into the Harris County Jail, according to authorities. His bond was set at$ 7, 500.

North of Houston’s city is a 25-mile travel north in the spring.
