Who is 'thief of Doha', the original owner of $400M jet to be gifted to Donald Trump?
Sheikh Hamad al Jassim al Jaber Al Thani, Qatar’s former prime minister, hired Trump for$ 400 million.

The Qatari jet has been sitting unsold for years and Qatar now wants to dump it, a major controversy surrounding President Donald Trump’s potential purchase of a$ 400 million Boeing jet as a gift. Former prime minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bucket Jaber Al Thani, also known as HBJ, was the original owner of the plane. These letters are also present in the neck amount of the jet. The sheik is reportedly involved in a$ 20 million legal dispute with a number of expensive establishments, according to the New York Post. After the DOJ accused him of presiding over bribery and corruption when he brought the 2022 World Cup to Qatar, the former prime minister has been referred to as the” criminal of Doha” by a Washington think tank. Apart from the fraud claims, HBJ has a lot of disputes and complaints. In an interview last year, he made an racist rant by saying,” Think some Zionists sold some oil… what would be the cost of a barrel fuel. During the Emir Hamad al Khalifa Al Thani administration, HBJ served as prime minister from April 3, 2007, to June 26, 2013. One evening after Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani dissolved in favor of his brother, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, he resigned as prime minister on June 26, 2013. From 1992 to 2013, Trump’s Qatar attend is the next stop on his Gulf journey, following a surprise stop in Riyadh where he met the country’s president and made a surprise announcement lifting sanctions on Syria. Boeing had placed a “record” attempt for 160 helicopters, which was Qatar Airways ‘ largest always order for its wide-body jet.
