Officials in Rhode Island are looking into what they believe to be human remains that were discovered close to Taylor Swift’s beach mansion.
According to Providence NBC affiliate WJAR, the , horrible discovery , was made on Wednesday around 9:30 a.m.
A knee bone, according to police who were called to the scene, had formerly appeared to be a person.
It’s not known how or when the tooth arrived, or who it belonged to. The Rhode Island Medical Examiner’s Office reported that it is presently looking into the matter of determining the identity of the remnants.
Although no terrible play is suspected, the Westerly Police Department Detective Division is looking into the event.
” I would undoubtedly agree with that,” said native Taylor Day, according to WJAR. Finding a foot is “very suspicious,” I believe.
She continued, citing the ritzy resort perched on the hills of Watch Hill and “probably a few football fields apart from Taylor Swift’s home and the , Ocean House.” ” I do not anticipate anything else like that, especially not in Watch Hill,” he said.
If Swift was present at her 11, 000-square-foot home at the time the tooth was discovered, it is not known if she was.
