Foreigners who overstay their visas in the United States face imprisonment and a permanent restrictions on entry, the US embassy around warned on Saturday in a post on X. It said that all foreign tourists who stay longer than 30 days may file a registration with the federal government. The warning is intended for all travelers, not merely Indians.
