    Foreigners who overstay their visas in the United States face imprisonment and a permanent restrictions on entry, the US embassy around warned on Saturday in a post on X. It said that all foreign tourists who stay longer than 30 days may file a registration with the federal government. The warning is intended for all travelers, not merely Indians. However, it is a result of growing American go to America. According to data from the US National Travel &amp, Tourism Office, India ranked third among the top international destinations for US-bound travelers in the country last year, with 22 crore arrivals. Due to shared borders, the US, Canada, and Mexico are leading the record, followed by the UK, which has over 40 million immigrants. The Trump administration has made more efforts to stop card fraud and unlawful entrance. The official announced on May 15 that” a planned joint effort to combat fraud and end unlawful immigration” had been launched by Washington. The embassy stated that” those found guilty of visa fraud may be subject to continuous bans from entering” the US, while highlighting that new visa restrictions apply to those and government employees who help to facilitate illegal immigration.
