NEW DELHI: The US imposed a visa restrictions on accidental Hindu travel companies and their proprietors who facilitate illegal immigration into the nation on Monday. In a statement released on Monday, the US State Department announced it was enforcing measures to impose visa restrictions on entrepreneurs, executives, and senior leaders of traveling agencies based and operating in India for knowingly facilitating illegal immigration to the US. Every day, Mission India’s diplomatic affairs and political security service patrol our embassies and consulates to positively identify and prosecute those who engage in the facilitation of illegal immigration and human trafficking and trafficking operations. According to the office,” we will continue to take measures to restrict the flow of foreign smuggling sites” against entrepreneurs, executives, and senior authorities of travel agencies. 682 American citizens were deported to India between January and April this year as a result of President Donald Trump’s assault on illegal immigration. The majority of these deported people had made an illegal entry attempt into the state, but they were actually apprehended at the US borders. Centre told Congress last quarter that it has been working with US authorities to encourage socially beneficial and safe mobility plans that make it easier for students and professionals to move freely between the legal system. Additionally, the government has been addressing human trafficking and illegal immigration by tackling illegal immigration network. Up until February this year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs had received notifications from 3, 281 improper officials for facilitating human trafficking and illegal immigration. American citizens visiting the US have been warned by the US embassy in New Delhi that they may also face imprisonment and a continuous restrictions from entering the country for doing so.
