After lots of , animals appear to possess exploded without cause, the inhabitants of a California area are raising the alarm.
Richmond, located about 10 miles northeast of Oakland, appears to be the only area where the phenomenon occurs.
More than 50 animals have suddenly fallen to the ground after sitting on a bend of energy lines, according to neighbors.
