General Andrey Mordvichev, a crucial commander of the grueling battle of Mariupol, has been appointed as head of the earth forces in Russia, according to the Russian army’s established newspaper on Thursday. According to the Red Star paper, Defense Minister Andrey Belousov described the 49-year-old public as” an expert fight commander who completely demonstrated his talent as a military commander during the special military operation.” He also used Moscow’s term for its Ukrainian offensive.
