In a dreadful collision between a Greyhound bus and a passenger car on Monday night in Madison County, two people were killed and dozens were hurt. The Greyhound bus was traveling from Memphis to Nashville on a bridge in eastern Tennessee when it collided. 32 passengers were on the vehicle, along with the driver and a copy driver, according to a spokesperson for Greyhound, according to a spokesperson for AP. At least one of the dying victims was in the passenger car involved in the collision, according to Tennessee Highway Patrol. A total of 27 people received medical attention in ambulances throughout the state. The majority of the injured have since been let go. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is working with the bus’s electrical methods to rebuild the crash scene in response to the event. The organization claims that its investigation is ongoing, and that access to more information was stymied as of Tuesday evening.
