Stephen A. Smith, an ESPN host and sports blogger, claimed that President Donald Trump has come out “right” about his criticism of the Left because of the media’s policy of former President Joe Biden‘s mental decline.

Smith’s analysis came as Alex Thompson’s book on the Biden cover-up, which was released by CNN’s Jake Tapper and Axios, has drawn a lot of scrutiny. One of the critics was NewsNation anchor Chris Cuomo, who claimed the book is a cover-up for how the majority of the internet downplayed Biden’s drop “because they wanted Trump to reduce more” and that it is also an attempt to make users believe that” the press was deceived into believing Biden had no problems.”

Smith argued that Cuomo’s remarks were “absolutely straight.”

” Well, if you were willing to compromise your personal expert guidelines just to ensure that he didn’t win the presidency, therefore all of a sudden does it not cache his claims that lawfare was being exercised against him”? Smith cited Trump’s numerous legal wars during his presidential campaign as a reference. Doesn’t it give him some room to argue about fake news, false information, false news? Doesn’t it add credibility to his claims that the investigation was a monster kill?

Smith claimed that the bias in the internet against Trump has only strengthened the government’s idea that” someone might have cheated” in the 2020 election, which Trump has consistently claimed he did not gain to Biden. Smith added that the leader “genuinely” felt cheated despite claiming that he did not believe Trump’s election says.

Smith claimed that the general public has been” hardly knowing what to think or who to believe again” as a result of the “absence of objectivity” in the majority of the internet.

Tapper acknowledged that Lara Trump and the liberal media were correct to be concerned about Biden’s mental clarity in an appointment with journalist Megyn Kelly last year. Smith praised Kelly for doing” a devil of a work” in the meeting and said he don’t wait to get ahold of Tapper and Thompson about their book. Smith reportedly had questions about Biden’s ability to run for president after the conversation in June 2024. He posed the question,” How did Jake Tapper not notice it?”

On Tuesday evening, Lara Trump thanked Tapper for letting go of Biden’s mental drop. She continued,” A little too late,” and that his confirmation was still in the making.
