According to court documents, an Indiana family shot and wounded Bruce Pierce, a convicted child molester, after discovering him supposedly trying to rape her 12-year-old girl inside a motel place on Saturday. Pierce was apparently on top of her child when the mother approached him frequently as he repeatedly said no. According to the documents, the family then fired shots, which caused Pierce’s damage. The Baymont Inn was the location of the event. The 12-year-old had been attempting to persuade the victim’s mother that Pierce had been speaking with her website and over the phone in an effort to get her to leave village with him, according to the murderer’s mother. The victim and her girl woke their mother after their mother failed to arrive home the day before the shooting. They discovered Pierce and the family in the hall of the motel. The victim was eventually left alone with Pierce while the mother and sister loaded up the vehicle with things because the baby was frailing. Prior to the family breaking in, Piierce reportedly pinned the woman’s hands and began ripping her clothes. The young prey escaped while Pierce, who reportedly also had a gun in his hand, was shot by the mother. The girl called authorities after fleeing the location with her child. Pierce was taken to a doctor, according to authorities. He is not in prison, though, right now. He is facing charges of attempted murder, child molestation, unlawful possession of a rifle, and captivity, according to a document from Fox59. He admitted guilt earlier in 2016 to allegations of child molestation.
