The administration of President Donald Trump is gearing up to start a fresh 80-hour training course for Senior Executive Service staff on the government’s “founding principles.”

The 47th president’s executive orders,” Founding principles of our state,” and the Office of Personnel and Management note are among the topics covered in the new training program for the Trump administration, according to a letter obtained by Real Clear Politicians.

According to Real Clear Politics, the new education program for the U.S. Office of Personnel and Management does require applicants to work as Senior Executive Service workers to complete 80 hours of video instruction. The training will end with two weeks of in-person education in Washington, D.C., according to the store.

According to the Office of Personnel and Management’s website, Senior Executive Service people” serve in key jobs just below leading National appointees.” The “major website” between political appointees and the rest of the president’s workforce is described as Senior Executive Service employees. They run and supervise almost every government activity in roughly 75 governmental agencies, according to the website.

Under the Trump administration, the new Office of Personnel and Management’s coaching for older administrative support staff is scheduled to begin in September. The new education is intended to “ensure that SES leaders uphold the Constitution and the rule of law and successfully serve the British people,” according to the letter obtained by Real Clear Elections.

According to Real Clear Politics, the Office of Personnel and Management’s” Executive Core Qualifications” letter lists the approaching training program for people in the top professional services. The Trump administration removed diversity, equity, and inclusion criteria, according to the store, and fresh Senior Executive Service staff will be chosen based on competence, significance, and “dedication to our Nation’s Founding principles.”

The Trump administration also intends to demand the Executive Review Boards of each agency to add a majority of workers who haven’t served as job government employees, according to the memo. According to Real Clear Politics, the Executive Review Boards are in charge of selecting, evaluating, and managing top professional officers.

These requirements confirm that the President’s policies are put at the forefront of company senior management decisions, according to the letter.
