    Authorities said on Saturday that a local holiday jumped into a part of the world-famous Terracotta Army display, injuring two old sand warriors. The 30-year-old” climbed over the fence and the safe online and jumped” on Friday while visiting the Terracotta Army museum in the city ofXi’an, according to a statement from public security officials. The event is being looked into because the person who was identified as Sun was found to” suffer from mental illness.” The affirmation stated that he “pushed and pulled” the cement warriors, and that two of them suffered “diverse damage.” He was” controlled” by security personnel. According to the museum’s website, the pit he jumped into is up to 5.4 meters ( 18 feet ) deep. The 8, 000-strong Terracotta Army, one of China’s most significant historical discoveries, was established around 209 BC to protect the second emperor’s tomb. It is regarded as a representation of ancient Chinese military and visual style. It has been a UNESCO world heritage site since 1987 and is a major tourist destination inXi’an, the money of the northeastern province of Shaanxi. A gallery employee informed AFP on Saturday that the exhibit was still up as usual.
