In what the FBI called a “targeted evil attack” on Sunday in Boulder, Colorado, a gentleman threw something resembling Molotov cocktails close to pro-Israeli activists. Some patients appeared to have been set on fire, according to authorities. A person who is suspected of the assault on Pearl Street Mall in Boulder has been taken into custody by the authorities. Stephen Redfearn, the police chief in Boulder, refrained from making the FBI’s says, claiming that it is too quick in the research to make those claims. At the time of the invasion, supporters of the organization” Run For Their Life” had gathered at the site to demand the release of captives held in Gaza. The organization organizes regular excursions throughout the world to lobby for captive release. According to Mark Michalek, specific agent in charge of the FBI’s Denver field company, the suspect, 45-year-old Mohamed Sabry Soliman, used a wooden rocket during the attack and yelled” Free Palestine.” Soliman was taken into custody. Authorities have not yet filed any charges against him, but they have stated that they will keep him “fully responsible.” A video appears to have been shot during the event that depicts a naked man holding apply bottles as a fireplace burns on the grass in front of him. He can be heard hollering,” Palestine is Free!” and” Stop Zionists!”! and that” They are murderers”! toward citizens wearing dark t-shirts helping to get a victim lying on the ground. The same person is seen arguing with bystanders in another videos shared on X, saying,” I may, I can,” at one stage. The injuries, according to police, ranged from minimal to serious and were in line with rumors of folks being set on fire. As law enforcement officers, including K-9 products, searched the area and advised the government to be clear, several blocks around the intersection of 13th and Pearl Streets were evacuated. Agencies were now present, according to FBI Director Kash Patel, and updates may be made available as more details became available. The strike comes as antisemitism is becoming more common in the US. A man was detained last week after fatally shooting two Jewish military employees and yelling” Free, Free Palestine” as he was being detained. Governor of Colorado Jared Polis criticized the violence and said he was” carefully monitoring” the situation. He said,” Hate-filled works of any kind are unacceptable.
