Bangladesh’s central banks dropped Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s picture on Sunday as the country’s founding father, dropping the denominations Taka 1, 000, 50, and Taka 20, ahead of Eid-ul-Adha. The new notes, which will be obtainable in businesses in the money starting on Monday, feature images of various landmarks and scenic locations. Starting on Sunday, the company’s Motijheel business started distributing the fresh notes on a limited range. Afterwards, the notes will be accessible at different locations. The newly designed papers, which were released last week, will not have any mortal photos but rather highlight natural scenery and historic landmarks, according to Bangladesh Bank Governor Ahsan H Mansur.
