    Gaurav Kundi, a 42-year-old Indian-origin person, was pinned to the Payneham Road in Adelaide’s northeast cities while the officers were apprehending his arrest. His family Amritpal Kaur claimed that officers slammed his head against the vehicle and also the road. She claimed to 9News that she was immediately filming the abuse and that she became alarmed when the officer kneeled on Gaurav. Kundi screamed” I’ve done nothing wrong,” before losing his emotions. He was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where doctors claimed his neck and head senses had suffered severe damage. The father of two, Kundi, is currently receiving lifestyle help. ” His head is completely damaged,” he claims. He might light up if his mind works, or perhaps not, according to Kaur. According to the police, Gaurav Kundi fiercely resisted the imprisonment. A police vehicle reportedly mistook the argument between the couple for domestic violence. There was no crime, despite Kundi’s confirmation that she was quiet and intoxicated and that they were arguing. Grant Stevens, the commissioner of South Australia, supported the officer while they were on duty, he claimed he witnessed the visioh from one of the officers ‘ body cameras, and that he thinks the officers acted in accordance with their instruction. According to Kaur’s bill, Kundi had been drinking before he left their home and began to walk along Payneham Road. ” I just go out and pursue him. What are you doing right now? This return house. You’re inebriated. You lack vitality. We’ll go home, Kaur said, adding that the police thought it was home crime after the officers learned that her father had pushed her. The police said,” The policeman thinks he’s assaulting me and using home assault on the road, but the officer is wrong.” He is” only drunk,” and that is all that makes him quiet.
