    Donald Trump and Joe Biden

Joe Biden’s decision-making and use of an autopen for official records were the subject of a directive from US President Donald Trump on Wednesday that called for an inspection into his declining mental health. Trump suggested that Biden’s team had been hiding his” mental drop.” On Wednesday night, Biden rebutted vehemently, saying:” Let me be clear: I made the choices while I was president. I made the decisions regarding the assertions, professional orders, and legislative choices. Any suggestion I made is absurd and fake.” The justice department has accepted the use of autopen for signing laws and pardons across various administrations. Trump provided no evidence to back up his claims that Biden was aware of the actions taken, despite the Constitution’s clear definition of the government’s complete pardon authority. Trump stated in a letter that” this crime represents one of the most risky and concerning crises in American story.” While Biden’s name was used across hundreds of documents to influence radical policy changes, the American public was deliberately prevented from finding out who possessed the executive power. Biden’s staff have not yet made any comments on the subject. The legal validity of Trump’s effort is still a mystery. This behavior demonstrates how he continues to be focused on Biden, who won the 2020 election, despite the absence of any evidence of scams. Despite its widespread use in past administrations, Trump criticizes Biden for using the autopen, a tool that reproduces specific signatures. He claims that Biden’s staff improperly used national authority. Before he left office, Biden pardoned his sisters to shield them from potential charges from Trump, who had promised retribution. People of a parliamentary committee that conducted the investigation into the Capitol incident on January 6, 2021 were also included in the pardons. Trump has a record of requesting inquiries into his political rivals. Past targets include Miles Taylor, who wrote a vital private opinion piece about Trump in 2018, and Chris Krebs, who rejected Trump’s accusations of election fraud in 2020.
