    Supreme Court revived the circumstance of Marlean Ames, a immediately woman who claimed she was demoted because she was not gay.

    The Supreme Court Thursday revived the circumstance of Marlean Ames, an Ohio girl, who claimed that she was denied of her campaign at a state firm because she is homosexual. In a 9-0 decision, the magistrates junked the lower court’s decision to accept Ames ‘ complaint against her company– Ohio’s division of children services. With the situation revived, it may then repeatedly go to the lower courts. Ames claimed that she was denied a development because she is right. Ames has worked at the office since 2004, but the dispute arose after she began reporting to a homosexual woman in 2017.
