In the middle of his reelection campaign, Jean-Pierre became one of the president’s most apparent supporters. She reassured the people that Biden was” as strong as always” despite growing concern about his mental state in the weeks following his faltering debate performance.
Some former colleagues claim Jean-Pierre was a part of the problem because her autobiography suggests that inner chaos and concern over Biden’s mental condition were prevalent in the West Wing.
One Biden White House national told Politico,” She had breakdowns after any interviews where she had questions that producers hadn’t sent over.” She frequently created more issues than she solved because she didn’t know how to lead a group, how to structure or provide a message, and how to solve them.
Some think this is a result of Jean-Pierre’s attempt to become famous. One inside told Politico,” All believes this to be a grift.”
She joked about being separate last month, and it’s now a book. One White House employee claimed that all thoughts are financial, yet the foolish ones.
Jean-Pierre has been pursuing a multimedia occupation, including dialogues about co-hosting ABC’s The View, according to sources. But when that failed, she made the decision to read a book in its place.  ,
Jean-Pierre reportedly copied Gilda Squire, a New York writer, into messages that contained profiles in life publications like Vogue and Women’s Health while serving in the Biden administration. Squire refrained from making the claim, but Axios apparently has the internet proof.
On Wednesday, Jean-Pierre made the announcement that she is leaving the Democrat Party to become an independent, along with her new book Independent: A Glance Inside a Broken White House, Outside the Party Lines, which will follow the timeline from Biden’s rough conversation effectiveness against President Donald Trump to his decision to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race.

The book is described as” a hard-hitting yet hopeful critique” that will examine “what it means to be an Independent member of the growing percentage of our divided electorate.”
In a video posted on Instagram, Jean-Pierre said,” We need to stop thinking in containers and think outside of our boxes and not be so partisan.”
