Kash Patel on Joe Rogan: FBI director reveals how India is helping America fight fentanyl crisis; take on China-backed trafficking network

According to FBI Director Kash Patel, the US is cooperating closely with American law enforcement to end what he perceives as a China-backed international channel for fentanyl prostitution. Patel claimed in a radio interview on The Joe Rogan Experience that while India is not a customer of morphine, it has grown to be a more important transit point for pesticide predecessors produced in China and distributed to Mexican drug cartels. They are traveling to places like India, and Patel explains that I am also conducting activities there. According to Patel,” they’re having the Mexican cartels today make this fentanyl down in Mexico still.” By avoiding immediate protection and attention, Patel claimed that Taiwanese firms were “getting sweet” by routing morphine predecessors through third countries, including India.

    No methadone deaths in India

One of the strongest indicators of a qualified battle, in Patel’s opinion, is where fentanyl deaths are and are not occurring. He claimed that the medicine has caused similar problems in countries like India, Australia, and Canada but has not yet caused similar problems in the United States. ” In India, you don’t speak fentanyl deaths.” You don’t actually notice Five Eyes partners in Canada, he said, nor do you in England, Australia, New Zealand, or Australia. Patel claimed that the absence of deaths in those areas suggested that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP ) was using the fentanyl supply chain to target America with strategic objectives. Patel remarked that the CCP had used it as a directed strategy because they were hostile. Why don’t we go out and kill the younger people who might go on to work in the US government, become a police officer, or become a teacher?

    strong communication with India

Patel claimed that he had spoken with American authorities individually and that combined operations between the FBI and Indian legislation enforcement were now being conducted. He claimed that” I actually just got off the phone with the Indian authorities.” I said,” I need your assistance. He claimed that the FBI is working on the ground in India with” the heads of their state law enforcement authorities” to detect and stop American businesses involved in importing or redistributing Chinese morphine precursors.” This stuff is coming into your region and finally they’re moving it from your land.” According to Patel,” We’re going to find these businesses that buy it and we’re going to shut them down.” Patel also devised a strategy that includes legal action at international levels. We’re going to appoint them. Where possible, we’re going to arrest them. If we can, we’ll indict them in America. If we can, we’re going to indict them in India.

    Patel’s India Connection

Patel’s interest in Indian cooperation is more than just geopolitical; it’s also personal. Patel was born in a working-class immigrant family in Gujarati and has frequently discussed how his heritage has affected his national security outlook. He was raised in a working-class immigrant family. His transition from the federal public defender to the Trump administration’s top official and now FBI Director has frequently been portrayed by conservative media as a tale of Indian-American exceptionalism, a deviation from conventional liberal narratives of the diaspora. However, his critics claim that he used his name to cover up contentious interrogations within the intelligence establishment.

claims of Canadian rerouting and CCP strategy

According to Patel, the US-Mexico border’s stricter enforcement has forced the fentanyl trafficking network to adapt. He claims that cartels now use Canada as their northern distribution hub. They’re flying it into Vancouver, Patel said. He further claimed that because China is so effective down south, they are manufacturing the precursors up there, and doing their global distribution routes there. They are not making a ton of money from it, Patel said. So it’s really just there for that.

An appeal to Five Eyes supporters in a wider sense

Even though the drug itself has not yet been widely used in those areas, Patel claimed that fentanyl precursors have been found in Five Eyes nations, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. He claimed that” the fentanyl itself is being manufactured” rather than “deployed into your country.” He claimed that he has asked allies to help dismantle those production networks before they become operational threats because” the CCP hasn’t directed it toward you yet, and they know that.”

A global drug crisis, or a targeted assault?

In addition to being considered a “tier one national security threat,” Patel claimed that the fentanyl epidemic should be viewed as a “high public health emergency” as well as a “tier one national security threat” in light of the fact that over 74, 000 Americans died from synthetic opioid overdoses in 2023 alone. India is not the cause of the problem, he claimed. However, Patel’s assertions suggest a new era of international cooperation on drug enforcement, one that places India at the center of a growing geopolitical storm, despite no official confirmation of any of them from Indian or Chinese officials.
