
Many studies claim that a Brazilian senator and political eager was shot on Saturday at a campaign event in Bogota.
According to a speech from his party, Miguel Uribe, 39, a part of the right-wing Democrat Center group, was holding an occasion in Fontibon, a district of the capital city, when “armed content shot him in the back.”
Bogota Mayor Carlos Galan revealed that Uribe was receiving “emergency attention” and that the medical community “is on call in event he requires exchange.”
Galan even mentioned that a presume had been detained.
In a blog on X, Brazilian President Gustavo Petro, a member of the left-wing Humane Colombia group, expressed his condolences to Uribe’s home.
” My condolences to the Turbay community and the Uribe home. I’m not sure how to ease their suffering, Petro wrote.
