'If Newsom can't act, federal govt will': Trump, Vance, Leavitt slam LA governor; ICE arrests spark unrest in city
    Donald Trump ( R ), Gavin Newsom ( C), and JD Vance ( R ).

On Saturday, a next day of unrest in Los Angeles resulted from federal immigration raids that sparked a wave of strong political protests as clashes between protesters and law enforcement grew in the neighborhood of Paramount. As protesters gathered near a Home Depot staging area used by immigration officers, federal officials detained more than 100 people and used flash-bang bombs to disrupt parts of a motorway. In a letter to California governor Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles president Karen Bass, US President Donald Trump criticized the implementation of 2, 000 national guard troops in the area for what he described as a loss to” control riots and looters.” ” The Federal Government may step in and solve the problem the manner it should be solved… the way it should be solved” says Governor Gavin Newscum and Mayor Karen Bass. Trump used a sexist name for the government in a post on Truth Social. Karoline Leavitt, a press secretary for the White House, accused Newsom and the Democrats of allowing “lawlessness to linger.” She claimed that violent crowds had attacked cars, focused federal agents, and dedicated arson. She immediately attributed California’s governor, Gavin Newsom, for failing to maintain manage:” Illegal legal foreigners and violent mobs have been putting rocks at cars and attacking federal law enforcement for days. The president, JD Vance, even made a point, reiterating calls for stricter border laws, saying that” Gavin Newsom has done little to quit this violence.” He posted on X, denouncing protest as “insurrectionists carrying international colors,” saying” Time to pass President Trump’s beautiful costs and more stable the border.” He warned that those who obstruct justice may remain “aggressively prosecuted” and that the Trump administration had “purposefully inflammatory” the incident. Don’t offer them one, please. Always engage in physical terrorism. In a social media post, he exhorted protesters to” talk over peacefully”. In the meantime, FBI Director Kash Patel issued a direct caution against using force against rules protection. He declared,” Beat a officer, you’re going to jail… no matter where you came from, how you got around, or what activity speaks to you,” promising federal support if your local police didn’t stop. In addition to suspensions at a downtown inventory suspected of employing workers with misrepresented documents, ICE reported 118 prosecutions. ICE is accused of using excessive force and inciting concern in immigrant communities by protesters. The social divide over immigration enforcement and opposition responses continues to grow as tensions continue to be higher in the area.
