President Donald Trump signaled on Sunday evening that National Guard people may be “everywhere” in Los Angeles in order to suppress the violent protests that have entered their second time.
” Well, we’re going to include soldiers everywhere. We’re not gonna let this happen to our land. We’re not gonna let our nation been torn off like it was under Biden and his autopen”, the leader said while speaking to reporters in Bedminster, New Jersey, before boarding Air Force One.
” The club is what I think it is. I mean, if we see threat to our state and to our people, we’ll be really very powerful in terms of law and order. It’s about law and order”, Trump said.
Trump also told investigators that if activists abuse law enforcement officers by spitting on them, they may “get hit quite hard”.
” When they spit at persons — you know they spit, that’s their fresh point— when that happens, I have a small speech: They spit, we hit”, the president said.
Trump’s latest comments on national law enforcement’s reaction to the Los Angeles protests come after the National Guard arrived in the California city on Sunday morning.
The demonstrations began on Friday after considerable U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement attacks across the town, but immediately turned aggressive over the weekend, with activists targeting law enforcement officers with rocks, Molotov cocktails, and , improvised explosive devices. Officers used flashbangs, tear gas, pepper spray, and another group handle products to fight the demonstrations.

Political officials in the state including Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA ) have denounced the Trump administration‘s response to the protests.
Bass previously called the National Guard implementation a” turbulent escalation”, while Newsom called Hegseth “deranged” for disturbing to visit in the Marines from Camp Pendleton in San Diego if the violence continues.
