The Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge ( ADEK ) will need regulatory approvals before the new K-12 school can start operations in September 2028. Fahid Island, the emirate’s newest luxury mixed-use destination, will be the site of the new K-12 school. The school will have a 50, 000-square-foot campus and can accommodate up to 2, 220 students, giving students a super-premium American education that will give them a direct route to the best universities in the world.
