Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif. ) addressed the audience at a press conference that can only be described as peak gaslighting and criticized the country’s citizens for daring to believe their own eyes when it comes to the anti-ICE riots that have erupted in Los Angeles.

Without a trace of humor,” There was no crime,” Waters declared. ” It was in the city,” I said. I know”.
That’s right, according to Waters, the flames, the attack on ICE officials, the damaged vehicles, the stolen businesses, and the popular videos flooding social media all add up to zero. Only calm protesting, really.

Waters wasn’t successful, though, saying,” Don’t believe that somehow there was violence because they called out the National Guard.” Yes, it’s not to mention that the National Guard isn’t deployed for entertainment or to shoot cameras. Waters believes that it’s all just an overstatement to a few innocent demonstrations.

But this is where her speech, which is already immoral, reaches its absolute limit. Waters next criticized the media and the general public for relying on facts rather than her expression.
I went up from downtown detention and talked to people about what transpired in Paramount, what transpired in Compton, and what transpired in Inglewood. But, first of all, get it right and don’t just concentrate on what you’re being told or the few instances you witnessed, she said, because how dare you concentrate on first videos of Los Angeles ‘ mayhem and destruction?

A fast drive-through tour of the injury area, reportedly, was enough to convince Waters that nothing had actually happened, and that it was also not fair condemning.
Spinning a tale is one item. But instead of insisting that everything is really in your mind, you can star straight at flame-shrouded video footage of a city? That constitutes a completely different levels of deception. However, this is Maxine Waters, the same extreme lawmaker who again urged her followers to challenge and harass Trump authorities in public.  ,

She’s now going one step further, gaslighting the whole nation in real time and pretending there’s no chaos while lecturing the rest of us for daring to believe our own vision. This is reckless and dangerous political theater that is not safe. Waters ‘ neglect gives violent rioters exactly what they want: protection to stay wreaking havoc. And to the law-abiding citizens who are watching their neighborhoods disintegrate, too? Don’t assume the smoke, the cracked glass, the burning cars and the ruined businesses, the information is crystal clear. Maxine claims that everything is in order.
