A Justice Department attorney who acknowledged that the White House attempted to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged MS-13 group member and illegal immigrant, to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act, was deported by the Trump presidency.

According to court papers, Erez Reuveni, who argued the government’s event in Abrego Garcia’s imprisonment, has left the DOJ.

After entering the United States without an official visa, Abrego Garcia was granted a job force by the Biden administration. He was married to a citizen of the United States and lived in Maryland for many years before the Trump presidency threatened to remove him this spring in response to two court documents that revealed his affiliation with the extremely aggressive Salvadoran gang MS-13.

Due to a sitting 2019 attempt that placed limits on where he could be deported, the decision was quickly challenged in court. Abrego Garcia was prohibited from being sent back to El Salvador because of issues that his health would be in danger from angry MS-13 gang members, despite the order allowing him to be deported to other countries.

Reuveni acknowledged in court that Abrego Garcia was immediately deported to El Salvador this flower as a result of what the Court called an “administrative problem” as he represented the Trump presidency.

Reuveni is no longer employed by the Justice Department, as of the most recent legal documents, which confirm rumors in April that he was fired from the DOJ as a result of allegations that he sabotage the Trump administration’s plan to arrest Abrego Garcia.

Attorney General Pam Bondi said of Reuveni at the time in a Fox News interview that” when you represent the United States of America as an assistant U.S. lawyer, you argue for the Constitution, for the United States of America, and for your customers, and he didn’t do that.” He argued with the State Department and Homeland Security, so he left and won’t be returning.

Justices in the case appealed to the Supreme Court, who ruled that Abrego Garcia must be allowed to return to the United States. The administration first objected, claiming that Abrego Garcia was imprisoned in Salvador and no more in the United States.

How do I muggle a criminal into the United States? Nayib Bukele, the leader of Salvadora, said in April. He said,” I don’t have the authority to bring him back to the United States.”

BUKELE” BIG MISTAKE” BY INSPIRING ABREGO GARCIA: VAN HOLLEN

But, after Secretary of State Marco Rubio pressed him to return Abrego Garcia to the United States earlier this month, Bukele pressured him to do so.

When Abrego Garcia returned, the DOJ immediately filed federal human trafficking charges against him, citing alleged claims that he illegally smuggled firearms, medications, and” thousands of illegal aliens who had no license to be present in the United States, many of whom were MS-13 users and associates” during more than 100 trips.
