A prosecutor has mandated that California‘s President Donald Trump retake the reins of the state.
The decision to send the National Guard amounts to” major harm to the democratic balance of power between the federal and state governments,” according to U.S. District Judge Charles R. Breyer for the Northern District of California.

Trump had ordered the California National Guard to halt turmoil following the Los Angeles demonstrations, which were caused by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement activities in the area. He claimed that the action was necessary because otherwise, the area may be “burning to the ground.”
