According to a new report, President Donald Trump’s U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) is preparing to send tactical units known as Special Response Teams to five significant Democrat-led cities and regions as anti-ICE protests and riots continue to spread throughout the nation.
According to two NBC News resources with knowledge of ICE’s activity planning, Special Response Team are set to patrol Chicago, Seattle, Philadelphia, New York City, and north Virginia. The private sources claimed that Unique Response Team in each of the five places have been given the order to be ready to deploy despite NBC News reporting that it is still unclear whether the defensive ICE units will launch raids quickly in the Democratic-run cities and regions.
Special Response Team are tactical devices that are” trained to serve high-risk permits under hazardous problems, escort dangerous criminal creatures who have been deported, and aid local law enforcement authorities during critical incidents,” according to ICE’s site.
ICE’s Specific Response Team were reportedly used by the Trump presidency in Los Angeles prior to the start of the protests and riots that have raged in the area for days.

The Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson’s chief of staff, Cristina Pacione-Zayas, reported to Fox 32 that the ICE’s military devices had been given the order to remain silent.
According to Pacione-Zayas,” We’ve heard expression that federal agencies have been informed that they have 48 hrs to reserve and be ready to deploy.” There will be military clubs, mini-tanks, and other tools that they will use to carry out assaults as we saw in Los Angeles.
The Chicago president’s chief of staff said,” We have been coordinating with the condition, we have also been coordinating with the state, making sure that we have open lines of communication.”
Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell claimed that despite not being informed of federal law enforcement’s plans to travel there, the city may continue to impose limitations on cooperation with ICE under the rules of Washington state.
” We want to keep our folks around,” Harrell said. We want to safeguard the most susceptible. Only those who break the law are detained. We want demonstrations to occur.
