    Video/Pic: Illegal immigrant charged with attempted murder amid major anti-ICE riots

    After throwing a Molotov cocktail at law enforcement officials during Saturday’s anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles, an illegal immigrant who had previously been deported from the United States was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) agents and charged with attempted murder.

    The Department of Homeland Security announced in a press release on Wednesday that Emiliano Garduno-Galvez, an illegitimate refugee from Mexico, was detained on Monday by ICE officials in Los Angeles. Garduno-Galvez was identified as an illegal immigrant think responsible for the scuffle-eating Molotov concoction at law enforcement on Saturday during the Los Angeles unrest. Garduno-Galvez was charged with attempted murder on Tuesday, according to the media release.

    Emiliano Garduno-Galvez, a fugitive illegal alien from Mexico, attacked federal law enforcement officers with a Molotov cocktail during the bloody protests in Los Angeles, according to the report. According to Tricia McLaughlin, Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, ICE has detained Garduno-Galvez, who is currently facing attempted murder charges. These are the kinds of unlawful creatures that protesters are fighting to protect, they say.

    ” The Los Angeles protesters did not prevent us or slow us down,” McLaughlin continued. And you’ll be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if you finger a law enforcement officer.

    Due to his role in the anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles, Garduno-Galvez was deported, according to the Department of Homeland Security. The Anaheim Police Department and the Long Beach Police Department both confirmed that the illegal immigrant had been detained in 2024 for royal fraud and for driving while intoxicated.

    During Saturday’s protests, the Department of Homeland Security posted a photo of Garduno-Galvez on X, previously Online, along with a picture of the improper refugee throwing a Molotov cocktail at law enforcement officials.
