In the spring of April, a second hearing is scheduled to determine whether to let some of the law’s provisions to remain while the case is being heard. But, now the state and the position met in court to talk about it. And, first, Texas argued that this law may be enforced while prosecution against it is pending.
However, the state asked by the end of the reading and some judges ‘ questions if at the very least state officials had deport refugees and turn them over to national immigration authorities. However, the judges argued that this was already done in accordance with current trespassing rules because of the fact that workers had already been detained as part of Operation Lone Star.
