Angela Chao, Mitch McConnell’s sister-in-law, was drunk when she drove into pond, police say

According to a law enforcement report released on Wednesday, Angela Chao, the head of the freight business and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s sister-in-law, was drunk when she crashed into a lake in Texas and passed away.
