Four California House Republicans want to know why national trials of illegal immigrants who have been detained and have been deported have experienced a significant decline in one Justice Department company after being caught illegally re-enter the country.

Since President Biden took office, more than 7 million people have crossed the southwestern border illegally into the United States, according to a letter sent on Tuesday to Attorney General Merrick Garland. &nbsp,

” Some of these illegal immigrants are convicted criminals who pose a major threat to the safety and effectively- being of our areas”, states the letter signed by U. S. Reps. Ken Calvert, John Duarte, Michelle Steel and Jay Obernolte. However, it has become clear that the DOJ has been consistently reducing the trial of unlawful immigrants who have been detained and have committed a criminal offense.

The four politicians are asking the Court to provide information on the number of criminal prosecutions for formerly deported illegal immigrants who have been found guilty of crimes while residing in the United States as well as information on judicial guidelines for those who have recently been deported illegal immigrants. &nbsp,

The DOJ has reached out to Fox News Digital. &nbsp,

California position Rep. Bill Essayli spent four years prosecuting situations for the Justice Department in the Central District of California, which covers some districts, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino regions. &nbsp,

Many lawyers specialize in those situations where a believe was originally deported after committing a crime in the United States and then reentering improperly, which is a criminal, Essayli told Fox News Digital. &nbsp,

” The law is clear that these are crimes and should be prosecuted”, he said. &nbsp,

He claimed that court documents showed that in his old office, there were only five quite cases prosecuted in 2023, compared to hundreds of such cases in the previous year. &nbsp,

He noted that some lawyers and security attorneys dislike those kinds of cases because they believe the suspect has already served day for their crimes before being deported, and is simply returning illegally to the United States for reasons other than home. &nbsp,

” A lot of prosecutors, they lean left, and they do n’t like these cases, and they find them annoying and a burden”, he said. &nbsp,

Calvert blamed the number of illegal bridges on Biden’s border procedures, which have come under heavy criticism by Republicans. &nbsp,

The blatant disregard of our nation’s laws by illegal immigrants and the lack of protection by our country’s judiciary system are just another example of President Biden‘s open-border policies contributing to the charitable and national security crises we see at the frontier and in every society across the country, he said in a statement. &nbsp,

WHICH Towns, Regions, AND STATES IN THE US ARE’ SANCTUARY’ JURISDICTIONS? &nbsp,

Despite the notion that some migrants are coming to the U. S. for work, some have poor purposes, Essayli said. &nbsp,

” These are the bad guys. This is n’t the migrant who’s coming here to work on a farm”, he said. ” This is a convicted criminal. There is no denying that the government, knowing that they have a legal history, allows them to easily travel the country.

” These are the most dangerous people and that is who this U. S. attorney’s office is allowing to wander free”, he said. &nbsp,
