United Airlines says federal regulators will increase oversight of the company following issues

Federal regulators are increasing their monitoring of United Airlines, the firm announced Friday, following a series of new issues including a piece of the inner aircraft falling off one flight, an engine fireplace and a plane losing a tire during takeoff.
