AI: China’s Techies in the USA

The New York Times calls it a” conundrum”. In part by attracting Chinese nationals’ tech talent to American shores, America hopes to outperform China in artificial intelligence ( AI ). But some of them come, learn Artificial, and bring it back to China. They are now so well-known in the area that they are almost as good as them in China and the US.
While U.S. AI continues to have advantages over China, for instance, in terms of the strength of U.S. computer chips, we could get extremely dependent on the enormous share of AI skill in China, which is extremely in short supply in comparison to the requirements of cutting-edge army and intelligence applications here at home.
