Customers from Verizon can apply for a portion of a$ 100 million settlement that the company is paying because it is allegedly charging users an extra fee if they apply before the April 15 deadline.
Americans who purchased postpaid cellular plans from Verizon were charged an unknown operational fee, according to the standard settlement website. In order to resolve the dispute, Verizon and the plaintiffs reached an agreement in which Verizon did contribute$ 100 million to a bank. The bank will be used to create settlement payments to class members, include operational costs, and join attorney expenses.
To be eligible to receive the lawsuit, an individual must be an bill owner from the United States who paid an administrative charge between Jan. 1, 2016 and Nov. 8, 2023. Some qualified individuals may have received an email or email notification of the negotiation. These individuals are quickly categorized into the negotiation class.
