The parent firm of Truth Social, Trump Media &, Technology Group, has filed a lawsuit against two of its co-founders, alleging that they should renounce their shares of the business because of their incompetence of the program.
Trump Media, owned by former President Donald Trump, filed a lawsuit on March 24 in Florida state court against Wesley Moss, Andrew Litinsky, and their company, United Atlantic Ventures ( UAV ).
The lawsuit alleges that Mr. Moss and Mr. Litinsky—who were both contestants on President Trump’s reality TV show” The Apprentice” —failed” spectacularly” to establish corporate governance.
It claims that when they attempted to set up the business, they made” a series of foolish and wasteful selections,” leading to” significant harm” to Trump Media and a reduction in the share price of its merger partner.
