A whistleblower surgeon is facing legal action from the federal government for fabricating information about child key operations. Dr. Eithan Haim, 33, exposed that Texas Children’s Hospital, despite announcing the close of its sex- change methods, quietly continued performing trans surgeries and treatments on minors.
According to National Review, Haim  decided to go public in January in an effort to defend himself from retaliation from Departments of Justice and Health and Human Services authorities after trying to keep his head down by leaking a journalist’s proof of the methods.
” After understanding how far this problem went, I had no other choice but to make the story people and rebel,” Haim told the National Review. ” If I do n’t do this now, I’m going to pass on this conflict to my children. That’s everything I did never tolerate”.
National Review , studies on the information:
Two HHS agents showed up to Haim’s home on June 23 and stated they were looking into a situation involving medical records the time he left his medical residency last season. Haim recalled that at that time, his head blanked out.
” There was this profound profound piece of me that knew precisely what was happening,” Haim said.” They were there because we had challenged the political ideology, and they were it to make an example out of me,” she said.
He then proceeded to ask the federal agents in. They requested an interview with Haim, but his wife advised him against speaking without a solicitor.
The officials gave Haim a specific email from the DOJ as they were leaving the door. The letter, signed by Tina Ansari, associate U. S. counsel for the Southern District of Texas, notified the physician that he was a possible goal in a criminal investigation. The notice did not give detail about what those crimes were.
Believing it to be a crooked analysis, he decided to fight the situation. Haim acknowledged that he has seen how the DOJ has used force against Americans in recent years, but he did n’t anticipate the level of corruption that would eventually be exposed.
After holding numerous meetings with the DOJ attorney, Haim’s lawyers at Burke Law Group made the decision to inform Congress about instances of flagrant misconduct…
… In the letter dated January 24, Haim’s lawyers asked Representatives Jim Jordan ( R., Ohio ) and Chip Roy ( R., Texas ) to lead a probe into” the Department of Justice and the weaponization of the federal government” as it concerns their committees ‘ work. Roy is the president of the Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government, while Jordan is the president of the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.
With the parliamentary demand, the whistleblower hopes the DOJ and HHS may be held responsible.
Haim has not yet been charged with a crime, despite the fact that the legal process has so far cost him more than$ 250,000.
