Fani Willis’ Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade Faces Contempt Allegations In Divorce Proceedings

In a recent divorce filing, his ex-wife accuses Nathan Wade of contempt of court after he was hired by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who he was having an adulterous affair with.

In court documents released on Wednesday, Jocelyn Wade alleged that Wade had not paid her medical expenses. ” Defendant immediately requires medical treatments, namely an endoscopy, colon, and ultrasonic, due to severe physical ailments she has been enduring. The 21-page registration contains a significant weight loss because of these signs, which have had a significant impact on her ability to consume most meals.

Plaintiff has failed and neglected to meet his contract under the Temporary Order to cover these essential healthcare costs, despite a strong demand from the defendant to Plaintiff for payment and an additional request from the defendant’s counsel to Plaintiff’s counsel. Otherwise, Plaintiff has instructed Defendant to make payment to the company herself, with an assurance of reimbursement”, the registration continues.

Despite a direct request for payment from the defendant to the plaintiff and a request for payment from the defendant, the defendant refused to pay the latter.

After being hired by Willis in 2022, Wade received more than$ 300,000 for his work on the Trump case. A former business individual testified that the marriage started as far back as 2021, despite the fact that both Wade and Willis both claimed their relationship started after he was hired to handle the case.

Fulton County Superior Judge Scott McAffee ruled that Wade may withdraw from the situation in order for it to continue. The case was brought forward by Georgia Republican Party chair David Shafer, a Trump co-defendant, in May. In the end, the disgraced attorney chose to do so next month.

McAffee reopened the case for evidence at a later time even though he opted not to invalidate Willis openly. Cindi Lee Yeager, the chief deputy district attorney for Shafer, will speak in the testimony of Cobb County’s witnesses, who intend to state that Willis and Wade’s relationship dates back as far back as 2020.
